Full Design/Build Construction Management Services-  Homecrest offers a full suite of design and build services, no matter where you stand in the planning process of your project.  From the design and permitting stage to final punch list, we have the capability to take you through every phase of your renovation.  We have the management team, skilled craftsman and sub-contractors to make sure your project comes in on time and on budget.  Our project management process is one of complete transparency, so you can make informed decisions concerning your new home.

Small Scale Projects –  There are times when you want to renovate only a portion of your home.  Such projects require the utmost care, as you may be residing in the home during work.  We realize discretion is important and we make special efforts to minimize disturbance while we are guests in your home.

Special Projects – Often our clients ask us to complete project that might not fall into the realm of what one might consider a “standard” project.  We love these challenges such as erecting a three story reflector to allow light into an Upper East Side townhouse, hiding a large flat screen television in a bedroom ceiling with a one of a kind motorized mount or fitting in a new elevator to an existing town home.
